Effective July 1, 2017 the Murphy Law Office will be closed permanently.

This decision is with great sadness and excitement as I begin a new chapter in my career.  Effective July 1, 2017, I will be sworn in as Magistrate’s Judge with the Anderson County Magistrate’s Court.  I want to thank you for your interest in me to help you with your legal needs, however, I will not be able to at this time.

However, please keep in mind, past files are only kept for a period of 6 years after the date a case ends.  If your case is over 6 years old and you are needing copies of any Order issued by the Court, please see the Clerk of Court for what County your case was heard in and they will be able to provide you with copies.
